Best Homemade Granola

A delicious breakfast granola that goes very well with chopped fruit and milk. :)

Best Homemade Granola


24 cups rolled oats
2 cups olive oil
2 cups honey
cinnamon (optional)


Stir the rolled oats, olive oil, and honey in a large bowl until combined. Spread the oat mixture evenly over 2 large cookie sheets and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring twice.
Directly after cooking (don't let it cool),  place in a large bowl and mix with almond slices, raisins, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, apricots and anything else you'd like. Granola is pretty flexible to feel free to add whatever you'd like in with it. :)

This recipe does a family of six for about a week. If you desire to make a smaller batch, go ahead and half or quarter the recipe.
