No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Quick, easy, delicious. :)

These gluten free and sugar free no bake bites are super quick and very yummy. Keep them in your refrigerator for a quick treat after a workout or when you're scrambling out the door. I'm sure you'd love to munch on them while watching a movie, as well! As you can see, they're the perfect snack for any circumstance and occasion. :)

They have simple ingredients that you most likely already have in your fridge or pantry. The coconut adds a nice tropical twist as well as gives a great texture, and the peanut butter keeps it all together as well as gives the strongest taste in the treat, and the oats and the chocolate chips add a nice crunch. The honey balances all these ingredients out with a nice hint of sweetness!

No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

1 cup gluten free oats
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

With a large spoon, mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl until thoroughly incorporated. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Once chilled, roll into about 1" balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Adapted from no bake energy bites.

Make sure to take 10 minutes out of your day to make this amazing snack, so you can enjoy them all weekend long!

  1. These look amazing (and easy)! Perfect for when you need a little bit of a sweet treat that you don't have to feel guilty about! I was wondering if I could use agave instead of honey? I don't really care for the honey flavour. Thanks!

    P.S. The pictures are amazing!

    1. So very sorry for taking so long to reply, Naomi. :) Yes, they are super duper easy! I'm not quite sure. I've never tried agave sugar. I would say that you could definitely try using it in this recipe and see how you like it. Nothing wrong with a bit of experimenting, eh? :) I'd love to hear how it turns out!
      Thank you so much!
