Honey Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Makes about 10-12 energy bites.

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter (or substitute natural peanut butter)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/3 cup raw honey
1/4 cup ground flax-seed
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup coconut

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Roll out teaspoon sized balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate if desired or eat right away!
Enjoy and keep leftovers in a Ziploc bag in your fridge or freezer.

NOTE: You can easily personalize this recipe with add-ins such as raisins or whatever you desire.

Depending on if you are following the precise recipe or if you are like me who doesn't use a recipe, the honey can tend to overpower so I just add less of it, and more peanut butter. Enjoy! :)
