Cranberry & Raspberry Fruit Explosion Smoothie

This is one of the creamiest and most refreshing smoothies you can dream of, and it's the perfect healthy breakfast to start your day! 
It's packed full of delicious fruit and is super easy to throw together, and it makes you feel like you're in the tropics on vacation! How cool is that?!

All you need for this delightful smoothie are some whole cranberries, raspberries, diced mango, peaches, blackberries, strawberry yogurt and milk. All of the fruit can be either fresh or's up to you! If you do choose to use fresh fruit, I'd suggest adding some ice to give a nice chill to the drink.
If you'd like a bit more protein, feel free to add your favorite protein powder or some nuts. You can do all kinds of things to this smoothie. Get as creative as you wish! :)

Cranberry & Raspberry Fruit Explosion Smoothie
Yields: 1 Large Smoothie


1/3 cup natural whole cranberries, frozen
1/3 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh
1/2 cup diced mango, frozen or fresh
1/3 cup peaches, frozen or fresh
1/3 cup blackberries, frozen or fresh
1/3 cup strawberry yogurt
1 cup 1% milk (or your preferred milk substitute)


1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy!
